“Cut” is a play  on words conjoining that what is on the video screen, and the making of the video from greenscreen shooting to video editing. The maker is trying to get through her subjects, as she traverses the backdrop featuring an audience spiked with doubles. As in a bad dream, each time you think you have entered a crowd, you find yourself out.
